Regular Members are union contractors performing construction or maintenance of mainline oil and gas transmission pipelines under the National Pipe Line Agreements (NPLAs) – nationwide collective bargaining agreements with the four industry unions: the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT); the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters; the International Union Of Operating Engineers; the Laborers International Union Of North America. Associate Members are vendors, suppliers, and other service providers that support the work of the Regular Members.
