Ticket packages will be sold throughout the day\nGun Raffle, 50/50, Raffle prizes\nThursday, October 5, 2023 @ 8:00 AM\nHunting Hills Hunting Preserve, 181 Hunting Hill Rd, Dilliner, PA 15327\nREGISTRATION\nEach shooter package includes breakfast, cart, lunch, 100 shells, eye and ear protection.\nIndividual Shooter: $250 Member*/$300 Non-Member\nFoursome Team: $800 Member*/$1,000 Non-Member\nSPONSORSHIPS\nNaming Sponsor – $3,500 – SOLD OUT: As the Platinum Naming Sponsor, your company’s name/logo will be on sponsorship signage, prominently displayed at registration. You will also be listed on the website and all social media as the naming sponsor for the event. Station sponsor sign with your company’s name placed at the middle of the stations with tent accommodations available (tent provided by naming sponsor). In addition, your company will receive shoot entry for two 4-person teams. A company representative will be given the option to assist with awarding shoot prizes during Lunch and Awards.\nBreakfast/Lunch Sponsor – $2,500 (4 available): As a Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor, your company name/logo will appear on sponsorship signage at registration. You will be listed on the website and all social media as the Breakfast and Lunch Sponsor. This will include shoot entry for one shoot 4-person team.\nTent Sponsor – $1,000 (unlimited): As the Tent Sponsor you get the opportunity to provide a tent on the shooting course with the option to provide snacks, play a game even offer a give away prize, it’s your choice. Your company’s name/logo will be included on signage on website and registration. (tent, food & beverages/giveaways provided by sponsor)\nSwag Sponsor – $2,000 (one available): As the Swag Sponsor your company name will appear on the giveaway to each shooter at registration. Your company name/logo will be included on signage at registration and on website.\nCigar Sponsor – $1,000 (one available): As the Cigar Sponsor, your company/logo will appear on all signage at registration and on website. Your logo will appear on each cigar wrap.\nSnack/Drink Sponsor – $500 (unlimited): As a Snack/Drink Cart Sponsor you get the opportunity to display your name on the event drink/snack cart. A representative from your company can drive the cart and interact with the participants.
