Shirts, hats and dry bags for your fisherman cannot be guaranteed if you register late.\nSponsorship Levels:\nGold $3,500- Tournament Shirt Sponsors- Company Logo on 2024 Fishout Tournament Shirt + Company Logo on Tournament Day Stage + 3 Fishing Team Entry\nSilver $2,500- Tournament Cups Sponsors- Company Logo on Tournament Cups + Company Logo on Tournament Day Stage + 2 Fishing Team Entry\nBronze $1,500 – Dry Bag Sponsors- Company Logo on Dry Bag, Company logo on Tournament Day Stage + 1 Fishing Team Entry\nSCHEDULE OF TOURNAMENT EVENTS AND INFORMATION:\nMay 31, 2024 – Friday-CHECK-IN PARTY SCHEDULE and DETAILS:\nCheck in will be 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Team leaders and participants are required to come to check in and sign waiver from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. @ Roberts Point Park, 301 J C Barr Blvd., Port Aransas, TX 78373.\nWHC will be donating a crawfish boil for all attendees Friday night! Please join us and bring your guests. We will have music and be giving away guns and prizes around 7pm!!!\nWaivers will be available at check in and must be signed by all fishing participants.\nThis is a POKER Style Tournament. Each team captain will be given a poker chip upon checking in. This chip will have the team number written on it and the team leader is responsible for placing this chip into the category you choose to enter after you catch your fish at the time of weigh in.\nDry bags and tournament shirts will be available for pick up at check-in for teams that registered before April 27th, 2024. For all teams that registered after April 27th, 2024, we will provide remaining shirts and dry bags, until they run out.\n\nJune 1, 2024 – SATURDAY TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE and DETAILS:\nTOURNAMENT: The tournament will begin promptly at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday June 1, 2024. You are permitted to launch from anywhere, however your poles cannot cast until 6:00 a.m. Up to 4 person teams are allowed. Please read Official Rules Document for specific rules.\nWEIGH-IN: Weigh-in begins at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024 and teams must have their team chip in a bucket and be in line to weigh in by 4:00 p.m.!!! NO EXCEPTIONS. Weigh in will take place at the Roberts Point Park, 301 J C Barr Blvd., Port Aransas, TX 78373\nWHERE: The fishing tournament is held in and around the intercostal waterways and bays surrounding Port Aransas and Corpus Christi, Texas.\nCATEGORIES: GUIDED AND UNGUIDED\nEach team can have up to 4 fishers (Guides normally do not fish, and are not included as one of the 4 fishers, unless they fish). There are two divisions, GUIDED and NON-GUIDED. A guide is NOT required, but if you hire a guide, your will be entered into the GUIDED division. Each team is responsible for providing its own boat, fuel, fishing tackle, bait, refreshments and lunch for Saturday while fishing. Teams are also responsible for securing a guide, if they choose to use one.\nAWARDS\nTrophies will be given for 1st – 3rd place only in both the GUIDED and NON-GUIDED divisions, in the following categories:\nHeaviest Stringer: Stringer will consist of heaviest 2 redfish and heaviest 2 spotted seatrout.\nHeaviest Trout\nHeaviest Redfish\nTrophies will be given for 1st – 3rd place only in the COMBINED GUIDED and NON-GUIDED divisions, in the following categories:\nHeaviest Black Drum\nMost Spots – Redfish\nLegal fish will be defined by TPWD rules. If TPWD rules are different depending on different areas within tournament zone, TPWD rule for shorter length trout will apply. The Official Tournament Rules for Fishout 2024 document will supersede any rules from previous years or online. Each team should have a hard copy of the official rules for reference. These will be available at the Friday night Check-In party. If you have any questions, address them Friday night with Mason or Jill. This is a fundraising event. We recognize that conflicts can arise due to misunderstanding and misinterpretation. Participation Trophies will be available for individuals that feel slighted in any way by tournament volunteers.\nGENERAL INFORMATION\nAll registrants must be members in good standing of The Pipeliners Association of Houston.\nAll team participants are responsible for their own transportation, lodging and meals during the tournament.\nAll participants are warned to be conscious of the ferry crossing times between the mainland and Mustang Island. Plan ahead, ferry delays can be considerable on Friday and Saturday afternoon.\nFood and Prize Opportunities will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday and 1:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Saturday.\nWe will have free food provided from our PAH Cookers again this year.\nBYOB Event: Our cookers do provide alcohol, but none will be for sale when the well runs dry.\nFISHING LICENSE\nNo fishing license is required on Saturday, June 1, 2024. The first Saturday in June is TPWD’s “Free Fish Day” and a license with stamp endorsement is not required to fish.
