Sign up today and help us provide a “hand up” to our fellow oilfield colleagues.\nEVENT DETAILS\nWHAT: 20th Annual OHH Masters of Charity Golf Tournament\nWHERE: BlackHorse Golf Club, 12205 Fry Rd., Cypress, TX 77433\nWHEN: Friday, September 19, 2025\nTIME: Registration starts at 7:00 a.m.; Shotgun Start at 9:00 a.m.\nSCHEDULE OF EVENTS:\nRegistration/Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m.\nSquare Boards/Prize Tickets/Silent Auction: 7:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.\nTravis Mathew Bus: 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.\nWelcome/Mandatory Safety Briefing: 8:45 a.m.\nShotgun Start: 9:00 a.m.\nAnnouncements: 1:00 p.m.\nAwards/Door Prizes/Auction Winners: 1:30 p.m.\nFAQ\nTeams consist of four (4) golfers.\nAll registered golfers will receive a goody bag and pre-paid gift card for use on the Travis Mathew bus. Gift cards can only be used on the date of the event. All players are encouraged to use their pre-paid card.\nRegistration begins at 7:00 a.m.\nShotgun start is at 9:00 a.m.\nAll players, volunteers, and onsite sponsors MUST sign an OHH Event Release & Waiver of Liability Agreement form.\nCook Team and Hole with Tent Sponsors are required to sign a BlackHorse Golf Club Sponsor Agreement Form.\nOutside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Player names are due by September 15, 2025.\nEVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS\nTeams not registered by 8:45 a.m. may lose their spot in the Tournament. Because this is a charity event, refunds will not be given for no-shows.\nFormat: 4-Man Scramble\nEvery golfer will take one shot from each lie, and one score will be recorded for the team.\nMulligans: No more than two mulligans per player. Must have been purchased online by Sept 5 or during on-site registration.\nMen – White Tees\nSeniors (65+) – Red Tees\nWomen – Red Tees\nLie may be improved by up to 2 club lengths, no closer to pin and not improving surface (ex. moving from rough to fairway)\n3-Person teams will receive one additional shot per lie, and will rotate players in a consistent order to use the additional shot – we will make every effort to avoid 3-person teams\nBogey Is Your Friend – The maximum score that you can card will be a bogey – If your par shot is not holed, please pick up your balls and record a bogey as your score.\nPlease keep carts on pathways as much as possible; use 90-degree rule when appropriate.\nTrophies will be awarded to the winners of each course (up to three teams each).\nClosest to Pin and Longest Drive – Ball must be on green and in fairway, respectively.\nLongest Drive – North Course Hole 11\nLongest Drive – South Course Hole 11\nClosest to Pin – North Course Hole 6\nClosest to Pin – South Course Hole 6\nTiger Drive – Must show ticket to advance for Tiger Drive.
