Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be accepted at the group room rates on a space available basis.\nA one-night room/package & tax deposit is due upon reservation. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking. The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa has a 72-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund on the credit card provided. Some cancellation policies may vary based on the package booked.\nDCA Event Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are 100 percent refundable up to 5:00 pm Central, Friday, June 20th, less $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made between June 21 and June 29 are 50% refundable. After June 29th, no refunds will be issued. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via mail or email to DCA.
