We can’t wait for this year’s IBR Clay Shoot—a powerful day of competition, camaraderie, and reflection as we remember September 11th together.\nJoin us for our 4th Annual Clay Shoot: Thursday, September 11th, 2025!\nLocation: Greater Houston Sports Club – 6700 McHard Road, Houston, Texas 77053\nPlaying (3) three courses\nSpace is limited, so be sure to register below.\nThursday, September 11th, 2025\nDay of event schedule:\n7:30 am – Registration begins\n8:50 am – Welcome and safety briefing\n9:00 am – Main event begins\n11:00 am – Bar opens\n12:00 pm – Lunch and Awards Ceremony\n2:00 pm – Adjourn\nTeam Awards:\n– 1st Place (Buckles for champions of each course)\n– 2nd Place (Trophy for each course)\n– 3rd Place (Trophy for each course )\n– Women’s Highpoint Leader (Buckles for each course)\n– Men’s Highpoint Leader (Buckles for each course)\n\nWhether you’re signing up a team or flying solo, we’ve got you covered:\n\n\n Ammo included\n Golf carts provided\n Safety gear supplied\n VIP Shooter options (first come, first served!)\n\n\n Space is limited, so be sure to register below!\n\n\n\nPlease Note\n– Please be sure all entry fees for teams, individuals, and/or sponsorships are paid no later than Wednesday, September 10th, 2025.\n– All ammunition will be provided for each shooter. The price of ammunition is already included in each shooter package. Ammunition is also included for people who register as an individual.\n– Everyone is required to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided.\n– One golf cart will be provided for each team of shooters. The price of the cart is included in each team package.\n– You have the opportunity to choose a VIP Shooter to play with your team this year. They are reserved on a first come basis, once they have been chosen they will no longer be available.\n– If you register as an individual shooter, you will be placed on a team.\n– Gun actions must be kept open and unloaded except within shooting stations.\n– Consumption of alcohol is not allowed before or during shooting activities.\n– Wristbands will be supplied to each shooter. If the wristband is removed, you are no longer eligible to participate in any aspect of the tournament.\nPlease be sure to stay hydrated!!!\n– Coastal Ice and Water will provide plenty of ice and water. Thank you Coastal Ice for all you do for our industry!\nSponsor Opportunities\nStar Station Sponsor – WITH A TENT – $1,000\nReceives a sign with sponsor name or logo on a station and a 10’x10′ tent area. The sponsor is welcome to set up a 10’x10″ tent. PLEASE NOTE: Tent, table, and chairs are NOT included by IBR or Greater Houston Sports Club.\n– A limited amount of golf carts would be available for everyone to borrow to take items to tents. Cars and trucks are not allowed on the course.\nStation Sponsor – NO TENT – $500\nReceives a sign with the sponsor’s company name or company logo at a shooting station but DOES NOT have a tent space.\nBar Sponsor – $1,500 (Alcohol and bartenders not included)\nThe sponsor provides all alcohol after the tournament shooting has ceased entirely. We plan for the bar to open at 11:00 am when shooters return for lunch and drinks.\nThe bar sponsor will also be responsible for one of the following options:(a minimum of one TABC-certified bartender will be required)\n(1) The bar sponsor can provide a TABC-certified bartender of their choosing.
