DESCRIPTION:Join us for two dynamic days of compelling discussions, exceptional professional development, and meaningful networking at the Energy Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Conference.\nEvent Details\n\nDates: Tuesday–Wednesday, April 14–15, 2026\nLocation: Omni Shoreham, Washington, D.C.\n\nThe Conference and Annual Meeting will bring together attorneys, energy professionals, regulators, and others working across the energy law and policy landscape. Attendees will connect with peers engaged in all areas of energy law, including antitrust, international energy transactions, legislation and regulatory reform, electric utility regulation, alternative dispute resolution, finance and transactions, and environmental and public lands matters at the federal, state, and international levels.\nCancellation Policy\nFull refunds will be granted to registrants who submit a written cancellation request to administration@eba-net.org at least two weeks prior to the start of the event, less a $75 administrative fee for national annual meetings, mid-year energy forums, and chapter annual meetings.\nRefund requests submitted within two weeks of the event will not be granted unless approved on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances. Transfers to another attendee are permitted.\nPlease note that no refunds will be processed until after the program concludes. Confirmation emails will be sent to registrants if an email address is provided.\nThis cancellation policy applies to all registrations, including those received and accepted after the registration deadline.\nSpecial Accommodations\nIndividuals requiring special accommodations are encouraged to contact Jack Hannan, Chief Executive Officer, at jhannan@eba-net.org.\nEBA Hardship Policy\nEBA offers discounted registration rates for eligible student, government, and academic members for most EBA programs carrying CLE credits, including the Annual and Mid-Year meetings.\nOn a case-by-case basis, EBA will consider additional requests for discounted attendance due to demonstrated financial hardship.
