This highly anticipated sporting event brings together API members, industry partners, and sponsors for a day of competition, networking, and philanthropy.\nProceeds from the event directly support college scholarships for deserving students from oilfield families across the Permian Basin. In 2026, the Chapter is committed to awarding up to 40 scholarships, each funded at up to $4,000 per year. Currently, more than 40 students are\nbenefiting from API scholarship support.\nPrizes will be awarded to at least 1 in every 8 shooters. The event is open to participants 21 years of age and older.\nEvent Schedule & Rotations\nMorning Rotation\n\n7:30 AM – Registration\n8:30 AM – Shoot Begins\n\nAfternoon Rotation\n\n10:30 AM – Registration\n1:00 PM – Shoot Begins\n\nFirearm giveaways for both rotations will take place during lunch.\nSponsorship Opportunities\nMultiple sponsorship levels are available, offering excellent visibility and engagement opportunities.
