This annual event raises funds for scholarships while celebrating the strong connections within the pipeline and energy industries.\nAll Fishing Rodeo events will take place at the Jefferson Parish Tarpon Rodeo Pavilion, located directly behind the Grand Isle Marina (formerly Sand Dollar Marina).\nEvent Location\n158 Sand Dollar Ct.\nGrand Isle, Louisiana 70358\nImportant: This is a private event for members and registered participants only. The event is closed to the public. Participant bracelets are required for entry to all activities.\nEvent Schedule\nThursday, April 30\nShrimp or Crawfish Boil & Social\n6:30 PM – Until\nEnjoy an evening of food, drinks, and music while reconnecting with colleagues and friends. Please RSVP to Lee Womack by April 20, 2026.\nFriday, May 1\nFishing Rodeo Registration\n2:00 PM – 8:00 PM\nParticipants must complete registration and submit all required release forms by 8:00 PM. Teams that do not complete registration by this deadline will not be eligible to weigh in their catch.\n6th Annual Cornhole Tournament\nRegistration: 4:00 PM\nTournament Start: 5:00 PM\nEntry Fee: $50\nParticipants may register for the cornhole tournament during Fishing Rodeo registration.\nSaturday, May 2\nFishing Tournament & Weigh-In\nWeigh-In Times: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM\nParticipants must be in line by 4:00 PM to weigh their catch.\nAwards Ceremony: 5:00 PM\nTournament Format\nThis event follows a poker-style tournament format. Each team captain will receive a poker chip marked with their team number. The captain is responsible for placing the chip in the bucket for the category in which their team is competing.\nTeams may enter only one category, with the exception of Offshore teams, which may compete in all Offshore categories. Offshore participants may not enter Inshore categories.\nPlease note that the Spotted Seatrout (Speckled Trout) bag limit and size requirements, as well as the Cobia bag limit and per-boat limit, have changed for the 2025 fishing season.
