She also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Colorado Concern, where she led strategic and operational initiatives supporting statewide policy priorities.\nHer public sector experience includes serving as Communications Director for the Colorado Department of Revenue during Governor John Hickenlooper’s administration, acting as both the department’s media spokesperson and subject matter expert.\nGranger began her career with the U.S. Army, serving for 12 years in both military and civilian capacities. As a broadcast journalist stationed near the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), she hosted a morning radio program delivering essential information to deployed troops. She later served as a strategic communications advisor to the Commander of United States Army Europe.\nToday, Granger is a leading advocate for fact-based energy policy discussions, emphasizing collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and practical solutions for Colorado’s energy future.\nAbout Ryan Steadley\nRyan Steadley is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for the Colorado Oil & Gas Association, where he leads the organization’s engagement on state and federal energy policy issues.\nPrior to joining COGA, Steadley served as Senior Policy Advisor for the American Petroleum Institute and Executive Director of the State Review of Oil and Natural Gas Environmental Regulations (STRONGER).
