DESCRIPTION:Friday, September 11, 2026\nLongmeadow Event Center\n8604 Co Rd 6\nWiggins, CO 80654\nThis annual event is a favorite among GPA Midstream Rocky Mountain members, bringing participants together for a day of sporting clays, networking, raffles, and awards.\nEvent Schedule\n8:00–9:15 AM: Arrival and Registration — Breakfast Provided\n9:15 AM: Individual rental guns must be picked up\n9:30 AM: Safety Brief\n10:00 AM: Shoot Start\n12:00 PM: Shoot End\n12:00–1:30 PM: Lunch, Drinks, Live Raffle, and Awards\n3:00 PM: Cleanup and End of Event\nKnow Before You Go\n\nAll teams must supply their own ammunition.\nBonus stations will be available.\nEquipment sponsors will be located on the course.\nBreakfast/Lunch and Happy Hour sponsor booths will be located along the course.\nEye and ear protection are mandatory for everyone on the sporting clay course. Please bring your own safety supplies.\nSmoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse and on the sporting clay course.\n\nImportant Event Information\nRental guns will not be provided or reserved by GPA. If you need a rental gun, coordinate with Longmeadow Event Center at (970) 483-8368 before the event. Rental guns cost $35 each, and because the rental fleet is limited, 2–3 people per gun is recommended.\nCarts will not be provided. Each shooter will receive a GPA bag for carrying ammunition and vendor handouts. If you require a motorized vehicle to get around the event, contact GPARMC to coordinate an option. Individual golf carts, side-by-sides, and similar vehicles may not be used during the event.\nAdditional raffle tickets will be available for raffle prizes, gun squares, and a chance to shoot a bonus stage. Cash is the easiest form of payment, and a square will be available with payment collected at the event as an alternative.\nIf you are having difficulty filling your team, contact GPA to see who has signed up on the request-to-be-on-a-team page.\nSponsorship deadline: Logos for sponsorships purchased after July 25 are not guaranteed to appear on event signs.\nWaiver & Registration\nAll participants must complete a GPA Rocky Mountain Chapter waiver. Completing the shareable waiver link before the event can help speed up registration. Wristbands will not be provided until a waiver has been submitted.\nAvailable Teams & Sponsorships\n4-Person Team Without Ammo — $800\nIncludes 100 targets, door prizes, awards, breakfast, lunch, and two drink tickets. Power is not included. Up to 4 people may attend the booth, with breakfast and lunch included.\nStation Sponsor — $1,250\nIncludes a booth located by a station.
