Participants will work through practical repair scenarios, discuss different approaches with the instructor and fellow professionals, and apply guidance from the PRCI Pipeline Repair Manual to complex situations.\nThe training combines interactive classroom discussions with group-based exercises to help participants build confidence in evaluating repair scenarios and applying established pipeline repair guidance.\nWhat the Course Covers\n\nInteractive, scenario-based pipeline repair exercises\nNon-routine repair situations and challenges\nPractical applications of the PRCI Pipeline Repair Manual\nCollaborative learning with an experienced instructor and industry peers\n\nWho Should Attend?\nThis course is recommended for early- to mid-career professionals with engineering or technical backgrounds, particularly those responsible for or supporting pipeline defect assessment and repair activities.\nParticipants should have a basic understanding of pipeline operations and maintenance.\nPrerequisites and Required Materials\n\nRequired material: Participants must have their own copy of the PRCI Pipeline Repair Manual, 2021 Edition (PR-186-204504-R01).\nRecommended prior training: PRCI Fundamentals of Pipeline Repair Training, which provides a useful foundation for the practical course.\nSafety equipment: Hardhats and safety glasses are required.
