Director, Southwest Region, Office of Pipeline Safety, PHMSA, Houston, TXBryan served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years, both as an active-duty submarine officer and in various leadership and staff roles in the Navy Reserve, retiring with the rank of Commander. Since leaving active duty, Bryan has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of segments in the Oil and Gas industry in Houston, including onshore and offshore pipeline integrity technology development, pipeline integrity consulting, offshore drilling technical audit and field support, LNG technical audit and operational excellence, and High-Reliability Organization consulting. Before joining PHMSA, Bryan was the Director, Office of Program Management Support, Office of Defense Programs for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in Albuquerque, NM.
VP Safety and Operational DisciplinePrior to her promotion Amy was the Director, Pipeline Safety & Asset Integrity. She joined Williams as part of the MAPCO acquisition in 1998 and has held a variety of engineering, project management and formal leadership positions within Technical Services, Project Execution and S&OD since. In November of 2021, she accepted a year-long assignment as a temporary operations supervisor at Station 240 in Carlstadt, New Jersey, providing her with valuable additional insight into field operations and the working relationships between the field and operations support services. On the industry front, she was chair of the coordinating subcommittee for the National Petroleum Council’s (NPC) 2019 study on U.S. Oil and Natural Gas Transportation Infrastructure. Her efforts on that study were key in demonstrating how we are leading the industry in emissions-reduction programs and that there remains a clear need for oil and gas infrastructure into 2040, even in low-carbon supply and demand scenarios.Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
