$6,000 (1 – 4-person team morning round, 1- 4-person team afternoon round, sign on 2 -stations, company logo on event banner, sponsor banner, four tickets to the Clay Shoot Mixer, eight sponsor drawing tickets)

Clay Shoot Mixer Sponsor
$5,000 (1 – 4-person team for the morning round, logo on mixer banner and event banner, four tickets to the Clay Shoot Mixer, four tickets to the mixer’s premium drawing prizes, and four sponsor drawing tickets for the day of shoot.)

Ammo/Cart Sponsor
$4,000 (1 – 4-person team, signage at ammo pick-up, logo on event banner, four sponsor drawing tickets, two tickets to the Clay Shoot mixer) *Only two sponsorships available – am/pm

$1,000 – Non-shooting Option – We apply towards purchasing a firearm, prizes for drawings, and/or awards. (Logo displayed on prize(s) and event banner).

The Platinum Mixer is an exclusive invite-only event comprised of Williams’s project execution PMs and upper management. This will be the third year for this event; it has been a huge hit for the last two years, and this year, the exclusive Mayo Hotel Rooftop Bar is our venue. We will interact more with facilities, tactical, and transmission growth project managers this year. Platinum Mixer tickets are only available via associated sponsorships.
Sponsor drawing tickets are for a drawing for a $1000 gun. Sponsor drawing tickets are exclusive to sponsors only.
There will be additional drawings held on the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased on- site. Prizes are not known until the day of the event but in the past have been high-value gift cards, crossbows, targets, outdoor goods, etc.
Winners of any firearm drawings will be responsible for proper documentation and pick up from our authorized gun dealer.
