OUR ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT WILL OCCUR AT HOGAN GOLF COURSE IN MIDLAND TX ON FRIDAY, APRIL 25th, 2025.
Registration: 6:30 AM … Shotgun start: 8 AM

Format: 4-person scramble

Single Registration fee: $200 per player, or Team Registration fee: $800

Sponsorships available! Please read fine print, as Hogan has enforced new rules and raised prices.

Rental clubs (10 sets) are available through the pro shop for $35.

1. Single Player Registration – $200.00
Includes green fees, cart, lunch, range balls, and prizes!
We are allowing participants to select their own teams. If you do not have a full team, you will be paired based off of your handicap or average score.

3. Company signage at hole – $500.00
We will put your logo on a chloroplast sign and set it at the tee box.
4. Tent At Hole – $1,000.00
Set up your tent and/or cooking trailer on the course and network with/pass out swag to/cook for all 32 teams. Limit of 4, per Hogan’s new rules.
40. Golf Cart Sponsorship – $1,000.00
Includes your logo on all cart placards
5. Photography Sponsorship – $1,500.00
Your logo will be on every team photo, distributed to each team captain after event.
6. Pavillion Sponsor – $2,000.00
Exclusive sponsorship! Set up your tent at the club house, pass out swag and network with all 32 teams while we serve/cater lunch. LIMIT OF ONE, per Hogan’s new rules.

Our two cents: Set up tent at 6:30am to access teams from registration at 7am until 8am shotgun start. Take a little nap, and access teams again around 11am/noon until lunch & awards are over around 2pm. Since we are limited to selling one – do with this spot what you want. Bring a photobooth, a snow cone or ice cream machine, set up a 20×20 tent.. I’ve even seen armadillo races set up for entertainment.. the entire grassy area at the pavilion is yours!
