Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated District Sales Representative (DSR) to join our Corpus Christi team. This role is perfect for a sales hunter passionate about front-facing relationship building, chasing leads, and closing deals. The DSR will focus on developing and expanding client relationships in the South Texas Midstream, LNG, and Terminals markets, promoting TEAM’s cutting-edge mechanical services, including Hot Tap/Line Stop, Field Machining, Bolting, Isolation Plugs, Onstream Repairs, Composite Wraps, Valve Repair, In-Service Welding, and Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR).
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Hunting: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Midstream, LNG, and Terminals sectors.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, front-facing client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Service Promotion: Pitch and sell TEAM’s mechanical services, including Hot Tap/Line Stop, Field Machining, Bolting, Isolation Plugs, Onstream Repairs, Composite Wraps, Valve Repair, In-Service Welding, and Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR).
- Market Development: Expand TEAM’s presence in the South Texas market by targeting key accounts and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the District Manager and technical teams to align client needs with service offerings.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on hunting new business and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for front-facing client engagement.
- Experience in the Midstream, LNG, or Terminals industries is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of mechanical services (e.g., Hot Tap, Line Stop, Valve Repair) is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of In-Service Welding or Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) services is a bonus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within South Texas as needed.
