Letter from the Club President

Dear Pipe Liners,

As we enter the Christmas season, we have a special opportunity to support those in our community who need it most. For our monthly meeting on Monday, November 17, we invite every member to bring a Christmas gift to donate to this year’s Giving Project recipients: The Spring and Mobile Missions Network.

2025 Giving Project Recipients

The Spring

The Spring provides hope and restoration for individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and stalking. Their services include emergency shelters, transitional living, and non-residential support programs.

Requested Items:

• New unwrapped toys (boys and girls, ages 5–17)
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant
• Children and adult socks (all sizes)
• Walmart, QuikTrip, and Uber gift cards

Mobile Missions Network

Mobile Missions Network works to bring hope to underserved communities through outreach, service, and equipping local leaders.

Requested Items:

• New unwrapped toys (boys and girls, ages birth–18)

How You Can Help

Please bring gifts wrapped and ready for donation. If you cannot attend the meeting but would still like to contribute, we can arrange a pickup.

Feel free to bring anything you believe will brighten someone’s Christmas—every act of kindness makes a difference.

November Meeting Raffle

The November meeting raffle winner will receive two tickets to the Christmas Disco on December 15, 2025!

Additional Ways to Give

Each of these organizations relies entirely on donations to continue their mission. We will be accepting:

• Gift cards
• New unwrapped toys (ages 6 months to teens)
• Monetary donations

If you are unable to attend the meeting:

• You may drop off donations at The Mayo Hotel, 115 West 5th Street, Tulsa, OK
• Or donate via our website by selecting “The Giving Project” under the designation menu
