Join us for the final SAPA Luncheon of the year, featuring a timely Texas Energy Update from Jim Wright, Chairman of the Texas Railroad Commission. This luncheon is an excellent opportunity to hear directly from one of the state’s leading energy policymakers, connect with industry peers, enjoy a great meal, and celebrate the holiday season together.

Featured Presentation: Texas Energy Update

Speaker: Jim Wright, Chairman, Texas Railroad Commission

Chairman Jim Wright was elected in 2020 as the 51st Texas Railroad Commissioner, becoming the first statewide elected official from South Texas in nearly two decades. In June, he was selected by his fellow commissioners to serve as Chairman.

Throughout his tenure, Chairman Wright has championed a fair, predictable regulatory environment that encourages innovation across Texas’s energy sector. He believes the strength of the Texas economy is deeply linked to the success of its energy industry, and that expanding global market access will keep Texas at the forefront of energy leadership for years to come.

Adopt-an-Angel Project

We are proud to once again support A World of Children, an organization that provides foster and foster-to-adopt services for abused and neglected children throughout Texas.

At our November luncheon, more than 50 children’s wish lists were shared through our Angel Tree. Please return your gifts in a gift bag (no wrapping) at the December 11 luncheon. Monetary donations are also welcome. Thank you for making this season brighter for these deserving children.
