The Clay Shoot is just around the corner on October 16, 2026. We are all looking forward to another great event. This event can’t happen without your involvement!

Registration for the Clay Shoot will open TODAY, Tuesday, September 8 at 9 a.m. central time. This event sells out super quickly so make sure you are ready to register at 9 a.m.!

Shoot-Out — Fall 2026

The Pipeliners Association of Houston Educational Fund is pleased to once again sponsor our Fall Clay Shoot for members and guests on Friday, October 16, 2026, at Westside Sporting Grounds.

Shoot Format

• Four-person teams
• Awards presented to the two top-scoring teams for each flight
• High Man and High Lady awards for each flight
• Shells and golf cart included with registration
• Additional carts available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis

Agenda

• Course opens/on-site registration begins: 7:00 a.m. for the AM flight
• AM flight safety talk: 8:30 a.m.; flight expected to be complete by 11:30 a.m.
• Networking: 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.; door prizes, raffle items and AM awards
• PM flight safety talk: 12:45 p.m.; flight expected to be complete by 4:30 p.m.
• PM awards, additional door prizes and adult beverages after shooting is complete and all guns are put away
