Information About The Non-Profits

The mission of the Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners (PBAP) and the Delaware Basin Association of Pipeliners (DBAP) is to advance pipeline engineering, operations, safety practices and education for the mutual benefit of the members and the industry.

The PPEF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides “peer-to-peer” networking for professionals involved in the pipeline and oil and gas-related industries.

We also host multiple fundraising events in both Midland and Delaware Basin like Christmas fundraisers, golf tournaments, and clay shoots that benefit the Permian Pipeliners Education Foundation (PPEF). These scholarship and grant funds help prepare students for future careers in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) program related to the pipeline and oil and gas-related industries.
