Special Guest Speaker:
Jason Arceneaux
Chairman of the Board and President, ARC Energy
Jason Arceneaux received his BBA from the University of Louisiana, supporting his studies by working at a reconditioned valve supplier named Louisiana Valve Source. His post-graduation rise through the ranks at LVS was marked by significant achievements, from managing sales and inventory to becoming Vice President of Sales. Under his influence, the company’s revenue surged from $10 million to over $40 million annually in 2010. Additionally, he co- founded a sister company focused on trading oil and gas equipment, which by 2010, boasted over $20 million in annual sales from used equipment.
Little did he know, this formative period at LVS would lay the groundwork for the mission he would later embed within his future ventures. Each step, decision, and experience at LVS was unknowingly a prelude to the innovative, sustainable practices he would champion through his own companies. This early education in the nuances of the energy sector was not just about professional growth but was quietly sowing the seeds for a sustainable approach to energy solutions—an enduring legacy that Jason would continue to build upon in the years to come..
In 2011, with decades of industry experience and a clear vision for the future, Jason founded ARC Energy Equipment. His aim was straightforward yet ambitious: to provide energy to the world sustainably and while optimizing earth’s resources for communities globally. By emphasizing sustainability, Jason positioned ARC at the forefront of the sustainable solutions, making it a beacon for environmentally responsible business practices.
Jason’s leadership style blends impassioned creativity with a relentless pursuit of innovation. Under his guidance, ARC has grown into a renowned brand, known not only for its technological advancements but also for its commitment to positively impacting the industry. His hands-on approach and personal investment in every project demonstrate a deep understanding of and connection to every aspect of the business.
Under Jason’s stewardship, ARC expanded its reach beyond the American market, establishing a presence in five states and three countries, including strategic manufacturing facilities in Alexandria, Egypt; Oklahoma; Texas; and Louisiana. This global expansion has not only broadened ARC’s horizons but also solidified its position as a leader in sustainable energy solutions, with a focus on scaling businesses to maximize impact.
At the heart of Jason’s entrepreneurial spirit is his profound commitment to sustainability and community. He has leveraged his influence and resources to promote responsible energy solutions, making significant impacts both locally and globally. His efforts to educate the industry and the public about sustainable practices demonstrate his belief in business as a force for good.
Today, as a member of the board at ARC and various non-profit organizations, Jason continues to drive innovative strategies aimed at optimizing Earth’s resources through responsible energy solutions. His ongoing work to educate and lead the industry towards a sustainable future not only marks him as a leader in the sector but also as a visionary determined to leave a lasting legacy on the world.
Jason Arceneaux’s journey is not just a story of business success; it is an inspiring blueprint for future entrepreneurs who aspire to make a difference in the world by intertwining innovation with integrity.
