The National Pipe Line Conference (NPLC) is an industry-wide, tripartite event intended to bring PLCA Regular and Associate Members together with other key industry stakeholders including pipeline owner-operators and utility companies, labor representatives from the pipeline trades, safety and quality professionals, and other industry-affiliated groups.

Now a one day program, the NPLC will bring together key contributors throughout the pipeline construction supply chain for collaborative sessions to discuss issues important to the industry.

PLCA EVENTS 2025 National Pipe Line Conference

October 1, 2025 • New Orleans, Louisiana

Now a 1-day program, the 2025 NPLC will feature a packed agenda focused on issues impacting the pipeline industry and upcoming work under the National Pipe Line Agreement.

Other highlights include poster sessions and a networking reception to help attendees build connections with peers in the industry, as well as powerful keynote presentation from pilot Jeff “Odie” Espenship on how personal tragedy inspires his commitment to workplace safety and leadership.

AN INDUSTRY LEADING TRIPARTITE EVENT IN NEW ORLEANS

The PLCA offers complimentary registration for most attendees including PLCA Members, union partners, and other industry stakeholders.*
Poster Sessions will once again be available at the NPLC offering Members an opportunity to promote their company’s products and services and to connect with peers throughout the pipeline industry. The Poster Session fee is $500 and provides the host with all-day access to the meeting area to network with attendees throughout the day. Members will be able to sign up to host a Poster Session as a part of this registration process to attend the NPLC.

The Pipe Line Contractors Association is a 501(c)(6) trade association focused on labor relations, industry growth, safety, quality, training, and community engagement in the pipeline construction industry. PLCA members are union contractors working to build and maintain the nation’s energy infrastructure under the National Pipe Line Agreements (NPLAs) – nationwide labor agreements with the pipeline trade unions.
