Policies
- Registration is required for individuals conducting business during the conference or staying within the AFPM hotel room block.
- Member registration rates are available only to employees of current AFPM member companies.
- Spouse/Guest registration is reserved for non-industry guests and does not permit participation in business activities.
- Children under 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall, and individuals under 21 are not permitted in hospitality suites.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to summit@afpm.org.
- Cancellations received by July 31, 2026 receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between August 1–14, 2026 receive a refund less a $100 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after August 14, 2026.
- Soliciting business outside designated exhibit areas (“suit-casing”) is prohibited.
- Video recording, livestreaming, and broadcasting are prohibited. Audio recording is permitted only during workshops for personal use.
- By registering, attendees grant AFPM permission to use photographs and videos captured during the conference for promotional purposes.
- All participants are expected to comply with AFPM’s Antitrust Guidelines and Ethical Responsibility and Professional & Personal Conduct Code.
