Denzil West, P.E.

Chief Executive Officer, Admiral Permian Resources

Denzil West is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Admiral Permian Resources and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to founding Admiral in 2017, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Reliance Energy, where he oversaw the company’s technical, operational, and financial performance.

Throughout his career, West has successfully launched and grown multiple energy ventures, including regional midstream companies that were later monetized through strategic transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a petroleum engineer with ARCO Oil & Gas across the Mid-Continent, Rocky Mountains, and Permian Basin regions.

He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Permian Basin Petroleum Association and has held numerous board leadership positions throughout the industry. West earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Ryan Tull

Managing Director, Piper Sandler

Ryan Tull leads Energy, Power & Infrastructure Capital Markets Origination and Public M&A at Piper Sandler. With three decades of experience in the energy industry and more than twenty years in investment banking, he brings extensive expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic advisory services.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Tull held leadership positions at J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse, specializing in oilfield services and infrastructure. Over the course of his career, he has helped raise more than $50 billion in debt financing, led more than 20 initial public offerings, and advised on approximately $40 billion in mergers and acquisitions.

Tull earned both his bachelor’s degree in Managerial Studies and Economics and his MBA, with honors, from Rice University.
