Speaker Lineup

Executive Panel: Matt Rucker, COO, Gulfport Energy
Matthew Rucker joined Gulfport as SVP of Operations in 2023 and became COO in 2025. He previously served at Javelin Energy Partners and Montage Resources. Mr. Rucker has extensive experience in operations and resource planning, and serves on the boards of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association and the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma.

Morning TED Talk: Kyle Flanagan, Manager of Pipeline Integrity and Compliance, Greylock Energy
Presentation: “Powering Intelligence: How Natural Gas is Fueling the AI Revolution”
Kyle Flanagan leads pipeline integrity and compliance at Greylock Energy, focusing on industrial clients, power generation, and manufacturing plants. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, an M.A. in Theology, and is a licensed professional engineer in WV and KY.
