The North Texas Gas Processors Association (NTGPA) is continuing its commitment to supporting the next generation of industry professionals through its annual scholarship program. At this year’s Annual Meeting, scholarship recipients shared their experiences, highlighting the impact of the program. In 2026, NTGPA provided scholarship funding to 25 students across the North Texas region.

The 2026 NTGPA Midstream Annual Scholarship Sporting Clay Shoot is the first major opportunity to help build the scholarship fund for the year ahead. The event brings midstream professionals together for a day of sporting clays, networking, and fundraising in support of educational opportunities for future industry leaders.

Companies can also participate through a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to provide event visibility while supporting NTGPA’s scholarship mission. Individual and team registration are available, but spots are limited.

Team & Individual Registration

  • 4-Man Shooting Team — $1,300
    Includes four shooters, one golf cart, a 100-target round, and a door prize chance.
  • Single Shooter — $325
    Individual shooters may be paired with other individual participants or assigned as substitutes as needed. NTGPA will make every effort to accommodate individual shooters but cannot guarantee availability.
  • Team Mulligans — $160
    Includes six additional targets per shooter. The maximum possible score per shooter is 106.
  • Individual Mulligans — $40
    Includes three additional pairs of birds, or six shots, per person.
  • Gun Raffle Square Pre-Sale Ticket — $20 each
  • Extra Gun Raffle Ticket — $225 each

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Title Sponsor — $5,000 (Exclusive)
    Includes a manned station, a four-person shooting team, logo placement on event signage, recognition during the giveaway, space for a small tent or swag table, and a medium banner display area.
  • Drink Sponsor – Main Area — $1,750 (Exclusive)
    Includes logo placement on event flyers, recognition during the event giveaway, and space for a banner, small tent or swag table, networking, and beverages.
  • Pavilion Sponsor — $1,500
    Includes logo placement on event flyers, recognition during the giveaway, and space for a banner, small tent or swag table, networking, and games. Food and drinks are not permitted.
  • Main Area Sponsor — $1,500
    Includes logo placement on event flyers, recognition during the giveaway, and space for a banner, small tent or swag table, networking, and games. Food and drinks are not permitted.
  • Trophy Sponsor — $1,000 (Exclusive)
    Company logo featured on the trophies presented at the event.
  • Cart Sponsor — $2,500
    Company logo displayed on golf carts throughout the event.
  • Gun Prize Sponsor — $750
    Company logo featured on raffle sheets or winning certificates for the gun drawing, along with logo placement on event flyers and verbal recognition during the giveaway.
  • Manned Station Sponsor — $1,000
    Includes logo placement on event flyers, recognition during the giveaway, a designated shooting station, golf cart, and space for a tent or table for swag, networking, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Shooting Instructor Sponsor — $500 (Exclusive)
    Includes logo placement on event flyers, recognition during the giveaway for supporting the onsite instructor, and a yard sign.
  • Gift Certificate Sponsor — $500
    Includes logo placement on event flyers and on each gift certificate.
  • Un-manned Station Sponsor — $400
    Includes logo placement on event flyers, a yard sign, and recognition at the event.
