He is a prolific writer and blogger on the topics of leadership, leadership development, mentoring, organizational change, emotional intelligence, and young leaders. He is a gifted communicator and has the ability to weave humor and truth together in a very unique way.

Kevin Bowser is a solid leadership and management professional with more than 35 years of leadership experience at all levels of business and the supply chain lifecycle. He has worked in data center operations, application design and programming, systems support, vendor management, inventory control, strategic planning, strategic sourcing, contract administration and major capital project advising.
In October of 2010, he transitioned into a completely new role. He was asked to become a Contract Administrator for a major commercial real estate general contracting project to build a new campus for ExxonMobil. This project became the largest civil and structural engineering project in all of North America and competed with New York City’s Freedom Tower in terms of size and scope. And more recently in 2014 he took on another role in major capital projects. This time the project was in western Africa. These projects have turned into more projects in Canada, China, India, and Malaysia.
On September, 2016 he transitioned once again. This time he joined the Global Sustainable Procurement Team within ExxonMobil and is looking to identify and develop diverse suppliers in the U.S. and around the world.
And in April of 2020, he retired from the corporate world to help build Siqir, a medical technology startup that is focusing on bio-medical identification of stress and its impact on health and wellness across several vertical use cases.
In addition, Kevin has spent his entire adult life working in various leadership positions in nonprofit and ministry oriented organizations. He has served on boards and leadership teams overseeing local churches, day care centers, and college extension campuses.
He is an average golfer, a much better photographer, and a great storyteller.
