Join fellow midstream professionals for the SAPA 2026 Saltwater Slam, a fishing tournament on the Texas Gulf Coast that combines friendly competition, networking, and support for a meaningful cause.
Whether you’re an experienced angler or new to the sport, the Saltwater Slam offers an opportunity to enjoy a day on the water while building industry connections. Proceeds from registrations help support the Midstream America Scholarship Fund, which invests in the next generation of midstream professionals.

Event Schedule
Friday, August 28
- 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Cornhole Tournament
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Mandatory Registration and Team Check-In
All team members must check in and submit a signed waiver form. Teams that do not comply will be disqualified.
Saturday, August 29
- Morning: Fishing Tournament
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Weigh-In (all entries must be in line by 3:00 PM)
- 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Awards Ceremony, Raffle Drawing, and Celebration

Team registration includes up to four anglers per boat. Boats with more than four anglers will be disqualified. Guides and boats are not included.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of five hours on both Friday and Saturday (10 hours total). Volunteer schedules and assignments will be provided before the event.
