The biggest gumbo cook-off in the industry is back! Join us for Roux Fest, LAGCOE’s signature event, returning on February 4, 2027, at Blackham Coliseum.

Roux Fest takes place on the Thursday before Mardi Gras, bringing the LAGCOE community together for this signature event.

Registration Information

LAGCOE Corporate Members will receive priority registration.

Previous sponsors and cook teams will receive registration information on August 11, with registration opening to the public on August 24.
