Women’s Energy Network Houston Luncheon

As Chief Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility Officer, Paula is responsible for leading human resources and culture, marketing, internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility, real estate and integration. She has 25 years of experience in the energy and financial industries. Before joining ENGIE, in 2018, Paula was Vice President, Human Resources for Fiserv Output Solutions. She has held leadership roles at Alsom Power, GE (which acquired Alsom Power) and Southern Company/Georgia Power.

Paula has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University and an Executive Master of Human Resources Management from Cornell University’s Industrial & Labor Relations School. Paula holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

Externally, Paula serves as a board member on the Houston Board of Shelters to Shutters, fighting situational homelessness, and the University of Houston Human Resource Development Advisory Board. She is a mentor for the Women’s Initiative Foundation Intercompany Mentoring Program and is a member of the Evanta Houston CHRO Governing Body. She also is a member of the Executive Women’s Partnership of the Greater Houston Partnership. Paula lives in The Woodlands, TX with her husband, Jonathan, and their 11 year-old-son, Austin.
