Affinity Federal Credit Union Expands Presence With New Branch in Lawrenceville, New Jersey

The new location marks the 15th branch of the New Jersey-based credit union in the state, expanding its footprint to Central Jersey and reinforcing its commitment to supporting local communities.

BASKING RIDGE, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Affinity Federal Credit Union (“Affinity”) is celebrating the opening of its new branch in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. The branch, located at 138 Franklin Corner Rd, officially opened in July and was celebrated with a ribbon cutting event on September 12th that hosted community businesses and organizations.


The new branch brings Affinity to 15 locations in New Jersey and 20 total locations. Affinity identified the need for physical branches to best meet member needs and serve its mission of people helping people. The additional branch is one of three that has opened its doors in the past 14 months and is part of the ambitious efforts to provide financial wellbeing resources and tailored financial services to members.

Mercer Street Friends: Addressing poverty and trauma through programs focused on food, families, and education

Trenton Area Soup Kitchen: Serving thousands of meals weekly while offering resources for self-sufficiency and quality of life improvement

Trenton United Family Foundation: Supporting youth development and community initiatives focusing on impactful action
