SBM Offshore announces that Jaap van Wiechen will reach the end of the first four-year term as Supervisory Board member at the Annual General Meeting of April 12, 2024 (AGM). He has decided not to seek a second mandate.
During the AGM, it will be proposed to appoint Patrick Jager as member of the Supervisory Board as per that date.
Patrick Jager is a director at HAL Investments B.V.
