7:00 AM – 8:30 AM – Morning Registration (*No walk up registration for morning shoot)
8:30 AM – Morning Flight shotgun start
1:00 PM – Awards and Door prizes – must be present to win
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Afternoon Registration (*Walk up registration permitted)
12:30 PM – Afternoon Flight shotgun start
5:00 PM – Afternoon Awards and Door Prizes – must be present to win

7:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Breakfast Sponsor Needed
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM – Gumbo Lunch provided by Balon
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM – Steak Dinner provided by Schwob
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Shooting & Safety Instructors – Free

If you would like to assist with the event, please contact Joe Vara. Assistance will be needed both before (as in now!) and during the event and all help will be greatly appreciated!

The event this year will consist of 2 courses with ten stations each. These will be labeled Browning & Blaser. Should registration exceed 300 players another course will be opened for continued play.

Your registration will not be complete, and your shooting space assured until payment for your team has been received. The final date for payment is Wednesday, October 11, 2023.

Event Pricing:

$1,000/4-PersonTeam (The Team Captain must be a North Texas GPA Midstream Chapter Member others on the team may be Non-Members)
$250/Individual Shooter​
This price will include a golf cart for every team, 100-target round, door prize chance, awards, and meals. Ammunition can be purchased at the event, but not guaranteed so prepare accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Winners of prizes valued at more than $600 will be issued an IRS 1099 Form.
