The Pipeliners Association of Houston Educational Fund (PAH EF) Spring 2025 Golf Tournament Fundraiser sponsored by The Pipeliners Association of Houston (PAH) is April 7th 2025. We invite you to come enjoy a round of golf at the Clubs of Kingwood located at 1700 Lake Kingwood Trail Kingwood, TX 77339.

We are excited to invite you to the upcoming PAH EF 2025 Spring Golf Tournament, scheduled for Monday April 7th 2025.

2025 Spring PAH EF Golf Outing format: Lake, Island, and Forest will still host the typical scramble style format on these courses followed by the awards and raffle program. Shotgun will begin at 9:30am on these three courses.

Deerwood will also be a scramble style format but with a 9:00am shotgun start, followed by the awards and raffle program back at the main club house at Kingwood Country Club.

REGISTRATION OPENS AT 9AM CST ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 4th FOR THE 2025 PAH EF SPRING GOLF OUTING.

Platinum Tournament Sponsor – $6,500 (4 Available)

As the tournament, your company’s name will be on sponsorship signage, which will be prominently displayed at the tournament sign in area and award ceremony.
You will also be listed on the PAH Golf website as the tournament sponsor for the event.

Tournament entry for Two (2) Four-person golf teams on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.
Wristband Sponsor- $5,500 (1 Available)

As the Tournament wristband sponsor, your company logo/name will be on all player wristbands.
Your logo would be included on signage at registration and during award dinner presentation and 110′ TV Screen during kick off and awards ceremony.
Tournament Entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.
Team Photo Sponsor- $5,500 (1 Available)

Logo to be displayed on every team photo handled out to each foursome on the course.

Watch This Trackman Sponsor- $4,000 (2 Available) One on Deerwood and One on Island Course

As trackman sponsor your company will be the hosting the Watch This! team at a tent on the course. The trackman system will upload everyone’s contact information as they come to the hole their swing speed, distance, and other metrics will be provided to them via the trackman website.
Following the event, you will receive all the stats to distribute to the participating individuals.
Your logo and company information will be present on the website for all individuals to view.
You can also host food* and beverages* at your tent.
*alcoholic beverages must be purchased through kingwood country club** non-alcoholic beverages can be provided by sponsor company.

Course Sponsor- $4,000 (4 Available) One on Island, One on Lake, One on Forest, and One on Deerwood

Logo to be displayed on pin flags (one sponsor per course)
Sponsor allowed to keep the pin flags after the tournament
Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf teams to play on the course your company is sponsoring.
Award Ceremony Sponsor- $3,250 (4 Available)

Logo and company recognition on the post tournament award ceremony.

Happy Hour Sponsor- $3,250 (4 available)

As Happy Hour Sponsor your company would be one of the prime sponsor for the happy hour portion of the evening between golf and dinner.
Your logo would be included on signage at registration and during award dinner presentation and 110 TV Screen during kick off and awards ceremony.

As the drink cart sponsor, you will be given a golf cart to drive around the course that you can stock with whatever beverages you would like as well as provide any marketing material for the cart.
*alcoholic beverages must be purchased through kingwood country club** non-alcoholic beverages can be provided by sponsor company.
if you prefer to provide your own cart you must send a photo and description to Shelley Osborn or Kelly Nissenbaum for approval from Kingwood CC.
On Course Tent Sponsor- $1,250 Island, Lake, Forest Courses

As a an on course tent sponsors you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course. Provide snacks, make a cocktail*, play a game, give away prizes, your choice.

As a Tiger Drive Tent Sponsor you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the course and host the tiger drive contest at your hole.
You and your team will help the PAH EF riase money for the scholarship fund by collecting money at your tent for the game.
