Exhibit booths for Texas Water 2026 are officially sold out. Due to the high demand and long exhibitor waitlist, the conference uses a points-based system to prioritize future booth purchasing opportunities.

Exhibitors can earn points that may provide earlier access to the booth purchasing system for Texas Water 2027 and future events. Points may be earned through several activities including advertising in WEAT and TAWWA publications, participation in the Texas Water Conference Preview and Program, and sponsorship opportunities associated with the conference.

Please note that the deadlines for advertising in the conference preview/program and sponsorship opportunities for Texas Water 2026 have already passed.

Attendees and exhibitors are advised to remain cautious of spam emails and fraudulent messages claiming to be associated with Texas Water.

Some recent scam attempts have included emails requesting funds for unauthorized GoFundMe campaigns, offering access to attendee lists, or promoting hotel reservations and exhibitor services that are not affiliated with the conference.

Please note that Texas Water does not sell attendee lists or participant data, and any such emails should be considered fraudulent.
