Registration Fees
- Single Player Registration: $200 per golfer
- Team Registration: $800 per team (4 players)
Registration includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, lunch, and eligibility for tournament prizes.
Players may form their own teams. Individual registrants without a complete team will be paired with other participants based on handicap or average score.
Golf Club Rentals
Golf club rentals are available for $40 per set.

Mulligans
Mulligans will be available for purchase at the event.
- Maximum of 4 mulligans per team
- $10 each

Sponsorship Opportunities
Title Sponsor – $5,000
Includes company logo on tournament swag distributed to every player, logo placement on the digital leaderboard, event banner recognition, and one team registration for four golfers. Limited to one sponsor.
Gold (Golf Cart) Sponsor – $2,500
Includes company logo displayed on golf carts, recognition on the event banner, and one team registration for four golfers. Limited to four sponsors.
Platinum (Score Card) Sponsor – $1,500
Includes company logo on all scorecards, recognition on the event banner, and one team registration for four golfers. Limited to four sponsors.
Silver (Photography) Sponsor – $1,500
Includes company logo displayed on all team photographs and event banner recognition. No team registration included. Limited to four sponsors.
Tent at Hole Sponsor – $1,000
Set up a tent on the course to distribute promotional items and serve snacks and beverages.
Note: A TABC-certified server must be present to serve alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Charlie’s Cattle Co. / Ratliff Ranch.
Limited availability: 13 of 18 holes.
Cook at Hole Sponsor – $1,000
Set up a cooking trailer and tent at a designated hole to engage participants throughout the tournament.
Limited to five sponsors.
Lunch Sponsor – $1,000
Provide and serve lunch for tournament participants in the pavilion before or during the awards ceremony.
Multiple lunch sponsors are welcome. Companies may coordinate menu selections, or one sponsor may provide the entire meal service.
Breakfast Sponsor – $1,000
Provide and serve breakfast to participants near the registration area.
Limited to two sponsors.
Company Signage Sponsor – $500
PBGPA will provide branded signage featuring your company logo at both the driving range and putting green.
Unlimited availability.
Team Registration – $800
