2022 SPRING SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

MONDAY APRIL 25 AT THE CLUB AT INDIAN SPRINGS, 16006 E. 131ST STREET SOUTH, BROKEN ARROW OK

The 2022 Spring Golf Tournament is just around the corner, Monday April 25. Grab your co-workers or a few of your clients and get signed up for a great day of golf, food, fun, and prizes. The tournament will consist of a single shotgun start on both courses, tee-time is 9am. Due to the size of our event, we are in hopes to get everyone off the course much earlier in the afternoon. Trophies and raffle ticket prize drawings will immediately follow the single flite of golf.

Entry deadline is Thursday April 18. Entry fees include green fees, range balls, cart, lunch, and one door prize ticket. When registering please indicate if you have a course preference, River or Lakes, and we will try to accommodate!

TEAM OF 4 ENTRY FEES ARE $825.00 (PLEASE INDICATE TEAM MEMBER NAMES WHILE COMPLETING ONLINE REGISTRATION). / SOLD OUT

Includes one 4 person team entry along with company recognition on all printed materials as well as club social media. $2,500.00

SILVER SPONSOR

Includes Hole Sponsor, as well as company recognition on all printed materials and club social media. $1,500.00

HOLE SPONSOR SOLD

Tent and signage at hole (must be approved in advance.) Hand out beer and any other non-alcoholic beverages. Any special hole contest. $1,000

BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR

Hand out beer and other non-alcoholic beverages. Sponsor rides with cart and golf course liaison. $1,500

BAR SPONSOR

Bar at registration area – only liquor option be be served during this event. $1,750
