Join local businesses and community members for a day on the course in support of the United Way and its year-round community efforts. The tournament brings together teams for golf, networking, and fundraising in a four-person scramble format.

Event Schedule

• Player Check-In: 7:00 AM
• Breakfast: Provided during check-in
• Shotgun Start: 8:00 AM
• Format: Four-person scramble
• Lunch & Awards: Immediately following the round
• Mulligans: Available for purchase at check-in

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Platinum Sponsor — $10,000: Two-day sponsorship with a choice location on the course or at the clubhouse, company name on the event banner, hole signage, and two teams per day, for a total of 16 players, subject to availability.
• Gold Sponsor — $6,000: Two-day sponsorship with prime course placement, company name on the event banner, hole signage, and one team per day, for a total of eight players, subject to availability.
• Silver Sponsor — $3,000: Single-event sponsorship with optional hole setup and signage.
• Golf With A Manager — $1,500: A company team of three will be paired with an ExxonMobil Baytown Leadership Team manager relevant to the company’s business. On-course signage is included.
• Beverage Cart Sponsor — $1,000: Includes a golf cart that can be customized with company signage and decorations for distribution of beverages throughout the course. Limited to two sponsors. Alcohol must be purchased separately through the course.
• Specialty Hole Sponsor — $500: Choose from available specialty holes, including Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Hole in One, and Putting Contest. Sponsorship includes signage at the selected hole.

Specialty Hole Sponsorship

Specialty hole sponsors are required to maintain an on-course presence and provide prizes for specialty hole winners. One male and one female winner will be selected, with each prize not to exceed $500.

United Way Campaign Theme

This year’s campaign theme is UNDER THE BIG TOP, with the slogan “Step Right Up and Make a Difference.” Sponsors are encouraged, but not required, to incorporate the theme into their booth decorations.

Sponsor placement is determined by sponsorship level, registration date, setup type, and course restrictions. Trailer placement may be limited based on course size and other venue requirements.

Registration Information

Companies selecting sponsorship packages that include teams can provide player names during checkout. If names are not provided, a committee member will follow up after registration to collect the team information.

Please review your selections carefully before completing registration. Additional teams are available for purchase through player registration.

Note: Alcohol distribution at Wildcat Golf Club has reached its maximum allowance and is no longer available as a sponsor option. This restriction applies to the Wildcat event and does not affect the Battleground beverage cart sponsorship.
