This annual event is a favorite among GPA Midstream Rocky Mountain members, bringing participants together for a day of sporting clays, networking, raffles, and awards.

Event Schedule

8:00–9:15 AM: Arrival and Registration — Breakfast Provided
9:15 AM: Individual rental guns must be picked up
9:30 AM: Safety Brief
10:00 AM: Shoot Start
12:00 PM: Shoot End
12:00–1:30 PM: Lunch, Drinks, Live Raffle, and Awards
3:00 PM: Cleanup and End of Event

Know Before You Go

• All teams must supply their own ammunition.
• Bonus stations will be available.
• Equipment sponsors will be located on the course.
• Breakfast/Lunch and Happy Hour sponsor booths will be located along the course.
• Eye and ear protection are mandatory for everyone on the sporting clay course. Please bring your own safety supplies.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse and on the sporting clay course.

Important Event Information

Rental guns will not be provided or reserved by GPA. If you need a rental gun, coordinate with Longmeadow Event Center at (970) 483-8368 before the event. Rental guns cost $35 each, and because the rental fleet is limited, 2–3 people per gun is recommended.

Carts will not be provided. Each shooter will receive a GPA bag for carrying ammunition and vendor handouts. If you require a motorized vehicle to get around the event, contact GPARMC to coordinate an option. Individual golf carts, side-by-sides, and similar vehicles may not be used during the event.

Additional raffle tickets will be available for raffle prizes, gun squares, and a chance to shoot a bonus stage. Cash is the easiest form of payment, and a square will be available with payment collected at the event as an alternative.

Sponsorship deadline: Logos for sponsorships purchased after July 25 are not guaranteed to appear on event signs.

Waiver & Registration

All participants must complete a GPA Rocky Mountain Chapter waiver. Completing the shareable waiver link before the event can help speed up registration. Wristbands will not be provided until a waiver has been submitted.

4-Person Team Without Ammo — $800
Includes 100 targets, door prizes, awards, breakfast, lunch, and two drink tickets. Ammunition is not provided.

Individual — $250
Includes 100 targets, door prizes, awards, breakfast, lunch, and two drink tickets. Ammunition is not provided.

Title Sponsor — $3,000
Includes a 4-person team without ammo, projected logo inside the event area during registration and after the event, booth space inside the event area and at a bonus station on the course, and logo placement on all signs. Up to 4 people may attend the booth, with breakfast and lunch included.

Bring Your Equipment Sponsor — $2,000
Includes a 4-person team without ammo and a location on the course with multiple stations looping around it. Power is not included. Up to 4 people may attend the booth, with breakfast and lunch included.

Station Sponsor with Team — $1,600
Includes a 4-person team without ammo and a booth located by a station. Up to 4 people may attend the booth, with breakfast and lunch included.

Station Sponsor — $1,250
Includes a booth located by a station. Up to 4 people may attend the booth, with breakfast and lunch included.

Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor — $1,000
Three TVs behind the buffet will display the company logo during breakfast and lunch. Includes a booth location along the course, not at an assigned station. Up to 4 people may attend the booth, with breakfast and lunch included.

Shotgun/Rifle Raffle Sponsor — $750
Includes logo placement on the Gun Square and recognition during the selection of the winning square. Up to 1 person may attend the event to network, with breakfast and lunch included.

Handgun Raffle Sponsor — $400
Includes logo placement on the Gun Square and recognition during the selection of the winning square. Admission to the event is not included.
