October 30, 2026: Sponsorships signed up after this date cannot guarantee logo placement on select promotional items or the event banner.
October 7, 2026: Cigar Sponsors must sign up by this date to have their logo included on the cigar bands.

Registration Policy
Due to planning and pre-event expenses, all team registration payments are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to the next scheduled Chapter event if requested at least 10 days before the current event date and confirmed by Oilfield Helping Hands in writing.
