THE CLAY SHOOT MIXER: Oct 14, 2025
The Clay Shoot Mixer is an exclusive invite-only event comprised of Williams’s project execution PMs and upper management. This will be the third year for this event; it has been a huge hit for the last two years, and this year, the exclusive Mayo Hotel Rooftop Bar is our venue. We will interact more with facilities, tactical, and transmission growth project managers this year. Clay Shoot Mixer tickets are only available via associated sponsorships.

Sponsor drawing tickets are for a drawing for a $1000 gun. Sponsor drawing tickets are exclusive to sponsors only.

There will be additional drawings held on the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased on-site. Prizes are not known until the day of the event but in the past have been high-value gift cards, crossbows, targets, outdoor goods, etc.

Winners of any firearm drawings will be responsible for proper documentation and pick up from our authorized gun dealer.
